Corvell Atelier · Your fitting

Your fitting, before anything is made.

Made-to-measure goes wrong in the measuring, not the making. So every Corvell order starts with a fitting: you tell us what already fits, we help you measure, and a person checks the numbers with you before your piece goes into production. Your fitting is included in the price; all it asks for is a little of your time.

How it works

  1. Tell us what fits. The brands and sizes you wear now, and anything that never fits quite right.
  2. Measure, with help. We take you through each measurement step by step. [CONFIRM: guided by video call, in person, or both]
  3. A person reviews it. Every set of measurements is checked against your sizes and the garment you chose. If something doesn’t add up, we ask.
  4. Confirm, then we make it. Your size and fit are settled with you before production starts, and covered by our First-Fit Guarantee.

The First-Fit Guarantee

When you size with Corvell Atelier, we stand behind the size and measurements we confirm with you. If your piece doesn’t fit when it arrives, we make it right at our cost.

Small fixes are altered

If a simple alteration will fix it, like trousers an inch too long or a sleeve a little short, take it to a local tailor and we reimburse their reasonable fees.

Bigger misses are remade

If alteration can’t fix it, like shoulders too wide, a jacket cut too small, or shoes in the wrong size or width, we remake it at our cost.

Ordering on your own? If you order without the Atelier fitting, using your own size or measurements, your piece is made exactly to what you give us and is final sale for fit. It isn’t covered by the First-Fit Guarantee. Faults in workmanship are still ours to fix.
