Privacy policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
The short version
- We collect what we need to fit, make and deliver your order: your contact details, your sizes and measurements, your design choices and your order history.
- Your measurements are used to make and fit your pieces. We don’t sell them.
- Our own website analytics use no cookies and don’t store your IP address.
- We also use HighLevel (our customer and marketing system) and a Google tag. Both can set cookies. You can turn them off, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
- If we add a website chat, it may be answered by an automated assistant. We’ll tell you when it is.
- Questions or requests: privacy@corvell.style [CONFIRM mailbox].
1. Who we are
Corvell, including Corvell Atelier, Corvell Sartorial and Corvell Zapatería, is a brand of 2057 Holdings LLC [CONFIRM legal entity] (“Corvell”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you use our website, book or complete a fitting, place an order, or talk to us by email, text or chat (together, our “Services”).
It doesn’t cover other websites or services, including ones we link to, or information we collect in ways that don’t link to this policy.
By using the Services or giving us your information, you agree to the practices described here. Please also read our Terms and conditions.
2. What we collect
“Personal information” means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you. Depending on how you use the Services, we collect:
- Contact and account details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and your account login.
- Fit information: the brands and sizes you already wear; body measurements for tailoring (for example chest, waist, seat, shoulder, sleeve, inseam and rise); foot length and ball girth for shoes; your posture and fit preferences; and any photos or video you choose to send us for your fitting.
- Order details: what you design and order (model, cloth, leather, sole, monogram and other choices), your order history, and messages about your order.
- Payment details: payments are handled by our payment processor [CONFIRM processor]. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details, such as the card type and last four digits. We don’t store full card numbers.
- Communications: emails, text messages, chat conversations, call notes and fitting notes between you and us.
- Device and usage information: pages you visit, the website that sent you to us, your browser and device type, approximate location (country, and for some tools city or region) and your IP address. Section 4 explains exactly which tool collects what.
We also create statistics that don’t identify anyone, such as how many people visited a page. If we combine those with personal information, we treat the result as personal information.
3. How we collect it
- From you, when you fill in a form, create an account, complete a fitting, place an order, or contact us.
- Automatically, through the analytics, cookies and similar tools described in section 4.
- From service providers, such as our payment processor and delivery carriers, when they confirm a payment or report on a delivery.
4. Website analytics, cookies and chat
We use four tools on our website. Here is what each one does.
Our own website analytics
We run our own first-party analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It is served from t.2057hldgs.com and runs on Cloudflare. Each time a page loads, it records:
- the page address and title;
- the website that sent you to us (the website name only, not the full address);
- your screen width and whether you are on a phone or a computer;
- your country, worked out from your IP address;
- a one-way code made from your IP address, browser, the website and the date. It lets us count unique visitors for a single day without a cookie. It changes every day, and your IP address itself is not stored.
It also notes when someone clicks a payment link, so we can find and fix a broken checkout. It sets no cookies, doesn’t follow you to other websites, and isn’t used for advertising.
HighLevel
We use HighLevel (also called GoHighLevel) as our customer relationship and marketing system. It stores the forms you submit, our emails, texts and chat conversations with you, and your fitting appointments. Its tracking code on our website records the pages you visit and may set cookies, so that once you contact us we can see which pages you looked at and follow up properly. HighLevel processes this information for us. See HighLevel’s privacy policy.
Google tag
We use a Google tag (Google Analytics and, if we advertise with Google, Google Ads) to measure traffic, learn which pages and ads work, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. It sets cookies and sends information about your visit, including your IP address and device identifiers, to Google. Google uses it as described in Google’s privacy policy.
The Google tag runs in Google Consent Mode, with analytics and advertising storage switched off until you allow them in our cookie banner [CONFIRM: cookie banner installed before launch]. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Website chat (coming soon)
We plan to add a chat window to our website. When we do:
- Chats may be answered by an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence, by a member of our team, or by both. The chat will say when you are talking to an automated assistant.
- What you type, and the page you were on, is stored with your contact record in HighLevel, and may be processed by our AI service provider to write replies. That provider may not use it to train its own models for anyone else [CONFIRM against the chosen provider’s terms].
- Please don’t type card numbers, passwords or health information into the chat.
- An automated answer can be wrong. Sizes, prices and order details are confirmed by a person or in your written order confirmation, not by the assistant alone.
Your control over cookies
You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, or to warn you before they are set. Some parts of the website, such as your bag or account, may not work without them. See Your choices.
5. How we use your information
- To fit you: to review your measurements and sizes, recommend a size, and confirm it with you before production.
- To make, ship and deliver your order, and to keep you updated at each stage.
- To take payment, and to handle refunds, alterations, remakes and First-Fit Guarantee claims.
- To answer your questions by email, text, phone or chat.
- To keep your sizes and past orders on your account, so reordering is easy.
- To run, secure and improve our website and Services, and to understand how they are used.
- To send you marketing, if you have agreed to it. You can stop at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to enforce our terms.
- For any other purpose we tell you about when you give us the information, or with your consent.
6. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number on a form and tick the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Corvell (2057 Holdings LLC) [CONFIRM legal entity]. These may include fitting appointment confirmations and reminders, order and delivery updates, and replies to your questions. We send marketing texts only if you separately opt in to them.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
We don’t share your SMS opt-in. We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our text messages, and only for that purpose.
7. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:
- The service providers who make, finish and ship your order. They receive your measurements, sizes, design choices and delivery details so your piece can be made and sent to you. Some are outside the United States. Corvell shoes are made in Spain, for example. Your information may therefore be processed in other countries.
- Other service providers who work for us, including our payment processor, delivery carriers and customs brokers, HighLevel, Cloudflare (website hosting and our own analytics), Google, email and text-message providers, and an AI service provider if we add chat.
- Our affiliates, meaning other companies owned by 2057 Holdings LLC, to help us run the business.
- A buyer or successor, if all or part of Corvell is sold, merged or reorganized.
- When the law requires it, such as a court order or government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Corvell, our customers or others.
- With your consent, or for any other purpose we tell you about when you give us the information.
Advertising cookies, such as those set by the Google tag, can count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws. You can opt out of that use (section 8).
8. Your choices
- Cookies: use our cookie banner [CONFIRM: cookie banner installed before launch] or your browser settings to refuse cookies.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and the “sale” or “sharing” of your information for that browser, as applicable law requires.
- Do Not Track: some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There’s no common standard for it, so we respond to GPC instead.
- Marketing emails: click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP.
- Targeted advertising: email privacy@corvell.style to opt out.
9. Your state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy in a portable format;
- Correct information that is inaccurate;
- Delete personal information about you, subject to exceptions in the law (for example, records we must keep for tax purposes);
- Opt out of targeted advertising, profiling, and the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
The exact rights vary by state, and the law allows some exceptions. To make a request, email privacy@corvell.style. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision at the same address. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
10. Children
Our Services are not meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. A parent or guardian may order for a child, and in that case is responsible for the information they give us.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, though, and we can’t guarantee the security of information sent to us. Email, text and chat in particular may not be secure, so please think about what you send that way. You are responsible for keeping your account password private.
12. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. In practice:
- Sizes and measurements stay on your account so you can reorder, until you ask us to delete them or close your account.
- Order and payment records are kept as long as tax, accounting and warranty needs require.
- Our own analytics keep only the page-level records described in section 4, with no IP address or cookie.
After that, we delete or anonymize the information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top, and where the change is significant, or the law requires it, we’ll tell you more directly. If you keep using the Services after an update, the updated policy applies.
